Last updated: March 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how RYY.com (“RYY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our website and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Data Controller
For the purposes of UK GDPR, the data controller is RYY.com
Registered address: RYY.com
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you register, we may collect your name and email address (or other identifiers).
- User Content: The photographs, images, and text prompts you upload (“Your Content”), and the AI outputs we generate (“Generated Content”).
- Communications: If you contact us (via contact form or other means), we may receive name, email (if you provide), content of your message, and other info you include.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We automatically collect data about your interactions with the Service (pages visited, features used, timestamps, etc.).
- Log Data and Device Info: Your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and similar technical data.
- Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies, web beacons, analytics, or similar tools to track usage and preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for:
- Operating, maintaining, and improving the Service
- Processing your requests (e.g. generating design images) by sending relevant data to our AI provider
- Managing your account and performing transactions
- Communicating with you (support, updates, service notices)
- Monitoring trends, usage, and analytics to improve features
- Compliance with legal obligations
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Under UK GDPR, our processing is justified by:
- Performance of a contract: to deliver the Service you have requested
- Legitimate interests: e.g. improving service, analytics, security — so long as your rights are respected
- Consent: where needed, especially for cookies or marketing communications
4. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share:
- AI Service Providers: We send your images and prompts to (e.g.) Google Gemini’s API for design generation. Their processing is subject to their privacy policies.
- Cloud Hosting / Databases: Your account data and images are stored on services such as Google Firebase (or similar).
- Payment Processors: If credit purchases are enabled (via Stripe or similar), your payment data goes directly to them; we do not store full card details.
- Other third parties who are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data (including images, prompts, account info) is stored on secure servers (e.g. Firebase). We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls) to protect data. No system is perfectly secure — transmissions and storage carry inherent risks.
Public / Private Designs: By default, your generated designs are private. If you choose to make a design public (e.g. in a gallery), it will be viewable by others.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for our stated purposes, and to comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion (via contact form), we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with applicable law, unless we have a lawful reason to retain (e.g. for audit, legal claims).

You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: Correct any inaccuracies
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): Request deletion (subject to some limits)
- Restriction: Ask us to limit processing under certain conditions
- Objection: Object to processing based on our legitimate interests
