About Us
RYY.com ('RYY', 'we', 'us', 'our') is an AI-powered garden and landscape design platform. By accessing or using RYY.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms are governed by English law (England & Wales). For questions, contact us via the Contact page or email RYY@jag.me.
Service Description
RYY allows users to upload photographs of outdoor spaces, gardens, backyards, interiors, and other property types and use our AI tools to generate photorealistic design visualisations across 30+ architectural styles. The Service operates on a credit-based system — users receive 10 free credits on sign-up and may purchase additional credits to generate further AI designs.
Account Rules
When you register and maintain an account, you agree to: Provide truthful, accurate, and current information; Safeguard your password and take responsibility for all activities under your account; Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Credits & Payment
AI design credits are purchased via Stripe, our secure third-party payment processor. Pricing: Free (10 credits on sign-up), Starter (£4.99 / 10 credits), Pro (£14.99 / 50 credits), Elite (£29.99 / 150 credits). No Refunds: Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where legally required under UK consumer law. Credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
User Content & Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of any images or files you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading, you grant RYY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display Your Content only for operating, improving, and promoting the Service. 5.2 Generated Content: The AI-generated designs (“Generated Content”) are created via algorithms. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes, but note that copyright and ownership of AI-generated works are legally unsettled. We make no guarantees about your ability to secure exclusive rights in Generated Content. Use Generated Content at your own risk.
Affiliate / “Shop the Look” Disclosure
We may include links to third-party products (e.g. via Amazon). We participate in affiliate programs, so we might earn a commission if you click a link and purchase. We do not control those third-party sites or products and are not liable for them.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: Upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harmful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable; Violate laws or regulations; Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security or intellectual property protections; Use bots, scrapers, or automated means without permission; Interfere with others' use of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, at our discretion, without notice.
Disclaimers, Warranties & Liability Limits
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED, RYY AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL; DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; Third-party conduct or content; Unauthorized access or alterations of your data. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RYY (and its owners, agents, employees) from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by English law (England & Wales). Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms. We’ll signal changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
